Items purchased from Lodestone Coffee and Games will be the responsibility of Lodestone Coffee and Games until receipt of shipment is confirmed by the courier of the delivery service selected by you at the time of checkout. Lodestone Coffee and Games is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Lodestone Coffee and Games is not responsible for any loss or damages due to late or non-delivery of your purchased items.
Inventory and Pricing
While we strive to keep our website as accurate as possible, discrepancies will inevitably arise from time to time. Prices and inventory numbers are intended to reflect these metrics at the time of browsing, and are not confirmed until checkout. If there is an error with the price or an inventory of an item upon checkout we will contact you to cancel your order or with instructions on how to proceed.
Order Confirmation
While most orders will progress smoothly, a discrepancy or other issue may cause us to revise or cancel an order. Our order confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. If we reject, limit, or otherwise modify your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provide to us. If we cancel an order or part of an order that we’ve already charged you for, we’ll refund you the full amount of the canceled portion of the order. Returns, Refunds, and Title
All sales are final unless otherwise specified. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as we described it, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to be considered for a return or refund, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Lodestone Coffee and Games does not take title to returned items until we receive the item. Some refunds may be issued without a return at our discretion. In this situation, Lodestone Coffee and Games does not take title to the refunded item.
